The Asian Hospitality Hub reviews suppliers based on quality, value, reliability, compliance, warranty support, delivery capability, ethical sourcing, sustainability and pilot readiness.

Products should be suitable for commercial hospitality, hotel, venue, accommodation or multi-site use.

Suppliers should be able to provide clear wholesale, project, volume or pilot pricing.

Suppliers should be able to meet stated lead times, production commitments and repeat order requirements.

Where required, suppliers should provide certifications, testing, fire ratings, product data, care instructions or compliance documents.

Suppliers should provide a clear warranty, defect handling and replacement process.

Suppliers should be able to explain freight, warehousing, delivery, installation or Australian supply capability.

Suppliers should disclose any relevant sustainability, ethical sourcing, recycled material, low-impact production or packaging-reduction information.

Suppliers must be responsive, professional and able to provide clear documentation.

Suppliers should be able to support samples, pilot quantities, urgent replacement items and scalable supply where required.

Meeting supplier standards does not automatically create approval, appointment, purchase orders, exclusivity, licence rights, category rights, preferred supplier status or client introductions.

Any project, supply, commission, licensing, co-branding, category partner, market-entry or exclusivity arrangement must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
