Submitting an enquiry, discussing a project, receiving information, being introduced to a supplier or buyer, or viewing this website does not create a formal engagement.

Any services, introductions, deliverables, fees, commissions, exclusivity, non-circumvention obligations, project scope or procurement responsibilities must be agreed in a separate written agreement.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee:

• supplier availability;
• product availability;
• product suitability;
• pricing;
• lead times;
• freight costs;
• customs clearance;
• regulatory approvals;
• compliance with Australian or overseas standards;
• sample approval;
• factory performance;
• quality control outcomes;
• delivery dates;
• project savings;
• buyer demand;
• supplier acceptance;
• commercial results.

Any examples, case studies, savings ranges, product images, factory references or project descriptions are indicative only unless confirmed in a written agreement.

Buyers, clients, suppliers and manufacturers are responsible for their own commercial decisions.

You are responsible for checking:

• product specifications;
• samples;
• drawings;
• measurements;
• materials;
• certifications;
• compliance requirements;
• import/export rules;
• insurance;
• logistics;
• taxes, duties and customs requirements;
• project suitability;
• final order terms.

Final product details, pricing, specifications, availability, materials, compliance requirements and delivery terms must be confirmed in writing before any order or engagement proceeds.

Where The Asian Hospitality Hub introduces, identifies or facilitates access to a supplier, manufacturer, buyer, project partner or commercial opportunity, you must not misuse that introduction or information.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you must not use supplier, manufacturer, buyer, project, pricing, specification or commercial information obtained through The Asian Hospitality Hub to bypass, avoid, exclude or circumvent The Asian Hospitality Hub from a commercial opportunity.

Specific non-circumvention, exclusivity, commission or introduction fee terms should be confirmed in a separate written agreement before any project proceeds.

You must only provide information that you are authorised to share.

If you provide drawings, specifications, pricing, supplier details, factory details, product information, samples, catalogues, designs or commercially sensitive information, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide it.

We may use information you provide for the purpose of assessing, discussing, facilitating or delivering the relevant sourcing, procurement or commercial opportunity.

If confidentiality is required, it should be covered by a separate written confidentiality agreement or project agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, branding, text, concepts, platform materials, business processes, graphics, documents and designs are owned or controlled by The Big Dry Company Pty Ltd or used under licence.

You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, exploit or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of intellectual property you provide to us, but you grant us permission to use that material for the purpose of assessing, discussing or facilitating the relevant enquiry, project or commercial opportunity.
